I rarely order shoes online because of the fitting issues I got before. But, looking at the features of shoes here, I decided to give it a try. Well, that worked! I am now all set to go hiking! Worth the buy, thank goodness.

It was one but excellent experience, delivery as specified, great deals.

The worst company I've ever dealth. Took well over a month and countless phonecalls to get a refund (even though I just wanted to exchange for a smaller size). They lied each and everytime. One said UPS showed the item is on it's way, I said that's a LIE, UPS tracking shows you recieved it 3 weeks ago then she hung up. Everytime you call you're on hold forever. Everytime I was told someone would call back but they don't. Finally when I've had enough I was told "it's been escalated" and that it would take another 10 business days to my refund! W*F! Give me my God d*mn Refund!!

Bought their higher end tennis shoe for playing tennis. Out sole has a six month warrantee. I wear mine out in four months and submitted a customer service request with pictures in March. It is now May and I just got a mssg that they don't have enough pictures and want an explanation. They act as if they will not honor the warrantee that was priced into the shoes. I got much better service at Tennis Warehouse.

I needed 4E super wide trainers and Aisc Nimbus are very hard to get so I bought New Balance in 2E. They fit great, feel very confortable, but inside they look like they have memory foam like skechers. This means you know you can't run it them, because the impaction just doesn't give you any give in the legs. I had issues immediately if I ran in them with stability and bounce. I did my calf in and rested it for weeks, but the issue occurred again. I never had this issue with Aiscs. So I've had to change to Hoka because they are the only 4E shoe that I can find on the market, and they have serious bounce and width. The New Balance are very stylist looking but they are as bad as Skechers. Skechers are known to be a danger to old people, and I've used them before also, very poor. Read dangers to older people online. Saying that, New Balance are not a bad walking shoe, also not bad for light use so I'd still recommend them for that.

My first pair, 880, women's were comfortable, wore pretty well on the uppers but the sole of one peeled off in places. I bought a second pair, new generation, wore them less than 3 hours a day for a couple of months and the uppers were already wearing through--i.e., holes in the fabric. The retail store would not make good on them, told me to contact NB. No warranty, the best offer was to discount another new pair by $20-30.00, after I returned the ones I have. Forget it and NB. Plus the first customer service rep was rude.

In need indeed i have been and never so narrow in my taste for a good shoe. But the shipping department was backed up by about a month probably because they standardized in using UPS. See. Desperate and in want i ordered with the great New Balance online store that all the way didn't have my right away size available on the size chart. This one i returned to find a scheme behind our we the people United-Postal-Service carrier that nickeled and dimed me who am on a government socially fixed income all the way until they've arrived. UPS HAD ME GO TO NOT SO NEAR RIGHT AWAY FEDEX WHEN WE THE PEOPLE HAD NOT THE FUNDS TO PAY FOR 'JUST A DROP OFF PACKAGE FOR SHIPPING' SERVICE CHARGE. I DON'T EVEN HAVE THE CAR. FEDEX CHARGED ME $.20 BY THE WAY AND AS YOU OF ALL PEOPLE OF THE LIBERTY REPUBLIC WOULD KNOW; UPS AT THEY'RE SERVICE STORE IS SUPPOSED TO PRINT THEIR ENTIRE OWN UPS LABEL FREE. THAT AND MY RETURN FUNDS WERE NOT AWARDED AFTER SHIPPING MADE ARRIVAL AND PACKAGE WAS SECURED AT RECEIVING SIGHT. SORRY SO SLENDER
AND AS WELL I PAINED AT MY ACHILLES AS THE TENNISHOE I WORE FIT I REALLY ALMOST ADOPTED THEM BUT I CAME UP TO FIND A BITE RIGHT AT THE HEAL. THAT AND I OF A WE THE PEOPLE ARE STILL WAITING FOR MY RETURN FUND IN ORDER TO GET THE SHOE THAT I NEED

I bought a pair of shoes from new balance last week and I experience the shoes are very comfortable in wearing and you can wear those shoes for a longer period of time also without any itching or pain and most of the amazing thing in this brand is that their shoe looks are very trendy and attractive.

NEW BALANCE!!!!! WHAT ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH ARE YALL DOING????????????????? YOU STOP MAKING THE 1500 AND 1300 FROM THE 80S AND 90S AND NOW YOU ARE MAKING all of these ugly offbrand numbers and before you come out with another 990 version PLEASE design them better than the 990v5 they are really UGLY PLEASE LET THE 990V6 HAVE A greater taste!!!!!! And finally if you really want to prosper you have to bring back the 1500 and 1300 from the 80s and 90s believe me the DMV Would sell out the first week in mind-blowing sales like you have never seen because i would begin with 2 pair of each ????????????????????

Comfortable shoes for both walking and running. But I have a high foot arch so sometimes I feel discomfort while running. I've tried different lacing options yet somehow I feel that something wrong. But it's better than most others.

Worst customer service ever..My order went missing and when I called them back told that my case was put in high priority and would be addressed in 10 Business days.Heard back nothing yet(it’s been more than 10 business days and was told to wait more than 2 weeks from here on)Sounds like they just have excuses instead of deligently working on the misses cases.

Ordering online on their website was easy and the shipping was Fast!
